Our warranty is not an empty promise

Our dental stations are built to last, and in addition to this design, each unit comes with warranty included in the purchase price. In the event of a breakdown, we offer three simple ways to resolve any issues. Please contact us, and we will advise you on the best way to proceed.

Warranty repairs can be performed in one of three ways:

Option 1: Our units are built in a way that any component can be replaced with minimal guidance by a customer. We will diagnose the problem via a video call, send you replacement components, and guide you through each step of a repair. Most issues can be resolved in under an hour, and will require a Phillips head screwdriver.

Option 2: Local repair company can service the dental unit, and their fees will be covered by Cuspid Equipment and Services. Please contact us prior to scheduling a service appointment.

Option 3: Return the unit back to Cuspid Equipment and Services for repair. Customer is responsible for costs associated with packing and shipping of the unit to our repair facility. Shipping back to the customer will be covered by us.
